You're responsible for the content you share. Don't use Clex for illegal activity.
Service is provided as-is. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.
By using Clex ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. These terms apply to all users of clex.in and any related applications.
Clex is a browser-based file workspace that provides:
All file processing occurs in your browser. For P2P and local network transfers, files are not stored on our servers. For Google Drive transfers, files are stored in your personal Google Drive account.
When using Clex, you agree to:
The Clex brand, design, code, and interface are the intellectual property of Clex and its creators. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service's code or design without explicit permission.
Your files remain your property at all times. Clex does not claim any ownership or license over files you process or transfer through the Service.
When you use Google Drive as a transfer method, you are also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Clex is not responsible for Google's handling of your data once it's uploaded to your Drive account.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
We'll do our best to keep things working well, but the nature of browser-based P2P means some scenarios (strict firewalls, certain network configurations) may prevent direct transfers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clex and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you are violating these terms or using the Service in a way that could harm other users or the infrastructure.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
